What is Amazon Vine?
Amazon Vine is an invitation-only program where trusted reviewers receive free products in exchange for honest reviews. Members receive items at $0.00 and are expected to post reviews. Vine has Silver and Gold tiers that determine how many items you can request per day.
Why do I need VineRack?
Amazon frequently deletes product listings — sometimes within months. When a listing disappears, the product title, description, images, and details are gone forever. VineRack saves all of this information permanently by importing it from your order emails, so you always have access when writing reviews, tracking your holding period, or managing your inventory.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in a database with row-level security — each user can only access their own data. We never share your information with anyone. VineRack uses Supabase (backed by PostgreSQL) with enterprise-grade security.
Do you support both US and Canada?
Yes. VineRack works with both amazon.com (US) and amazon.ca (Canada). Select your country during signup and we'll handle the correct email formats and product URLs automatically.
How does email forwarding work?
After signing up, you get a unique forwarding address. Set up a filter in Gmail or Outlook to automatically forward Amazon order confirmation emails to that address. VineRack detects Vine orders (by the $0.00 price) and imports the product details automatically. It takes about 2 minutes to set up.
What's the difference between Free and Basic?
Free gives you 3 email imports per day, basic inventory tracking, and limited enrichment. Basic ($4/mo) removes all daily limits — unlimited imports, unlimited enrichment, AI review assistance (50/month), full photo gallery with downloads, and complete CSV export. If you receive more than 3 Vine items per day, Basic ensures you never lose data.
